I played this game almost as soon as the beta started and made sure I was logged into my google play and after playing a couple days the game reset my character back to the very start. I got railroaded by the dumb tutorial before I could even contact support and after finally contacting support it took me OVER A MONTH of talking to the support and repeating myself 4-5 times and then yesterday they FINALLY restored my character and offered me absolutely 0 compensation for all the hassle and wasted time they caused. It wasn't fun. For that reason I am actively warning people DON'T PLAY THIS GAME. The devs obviously don't care and if they mess up your game progress it will take you forever to get it back and they will treat you like you messed up. It was the worst mobile support experience I have ever had and that says alot because I play and rate a ton of games. Garbage.
@@SammyZ yeah I liked the other risk of rain games I have played and I like the gameplay of this game but having support waste hours of my time on emails over the course of over a month for something they messed up with absolutely nothing to compensate me is total garbage customer support. makes it impossible to justify playing the game knowing they can out of nowhere wreck your progress and make you have to deal with all of that hassle with not even so much as an apology or a shred of compensation.

wow, i’m really surprised to hear that front the RoR devs, they’re normally really good, must be the mobile team they hired
