I am an avid crocheted and this is by far the best video I have watched. You explain to the 10th degree slowly and precisely. Very pleased with ur presentation and I love the bucket hat. Just finished my first and will be making 7 more for my little nieces adding a smaller flower like the adult version. I also like the way you keep the round going by adding stitches. I try with all methods to hide my join but this method is the best by far!

I followed this pattern and used a 4.5 mm hook but the hat came out tiny. Mine measured the same as yours on the top but it would not even fit on my dogs head. Love the pattern but must play with it on the size. Thank you so much for a lovely pattern.

Hi Stephanie! I really love this pattern and tutorial! I do have a question. Is this pattern plausible if I use hdc or dc stitches?
So if i like to do for 5y old then the first part measure/diabete have to be 16.5cm?
Is the adult bucket hat instruction available please?
