I feel that haha after shopping at different Ross's in the US, the smaller cities I've noticed always have the best inventory compared to the bigger cities 🤔 but I also noticed the best time to go shopping is during the weekday when they restock (my favorite days to shop are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday's) 🥰🙌🏽
