First off the instructions on the container say nothing about tearing off anything from the cloth filter. Next that cloth filter cam loose floating around in the container. So when I followed steps 1 to 4 ( written on product) there is no mention of that white cloth ( paper?) filter. So 8 was left wondering where it goes. Plus I was unaware that a plastic/ rubber like coating had to be removed first ( as shown in video) . Finally the guy in the video pulls that coating off like it's easy! Mine came off in little strip!!! What a mess!

how much do you put in to refill the container? Also, all the beads gelled together. In the video it shows they were all separate. Is gelled together ok, or was it left too long I'm wondering before I changed
I just got this and I didn’t see a foam layer on the lid piece?
There is a very thin film that needs to be removed for the foam piece to show.
Is it safe to pour the moisture into a septic system? And what if some of the beads have dissolved into the water? Thanks.
I'd recommend just dumping it outside. When the beads are all used up, if you're satisfied with the product, we sell refills (Camco #44284) --Scott
