What a journey you’ve been on! I have COPD and run out of breath just going to the bathroom. I sit so much I worry about getting too weak to walk. I think in my case my lungs will likely run out before my legs🤔😐. I should force myself to walk more. I was an avid walker a few years ago it nearly makes me cry to see people out walking! Such freedom one takes for granted until it’s gone.🥰🇨🇦❤️thanks for the personal share🙂
