Hey horror shorts happy Valentine’s Day
anyways, here's a simple spaghetti recipe :
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
