11 March 2011 Great Tokyo Earthquake First Hand From The Street

The most powerful earthquake in the modern history of Tokyo. This video shot from the back streets of the Nihonbashi area from the middle of the street just as the first earthquake began. If the camera were not hand held you might would experience more of the shaking. (The cars don't feel the shaking as much so they wondered why the business people came into the middle of the street).

Many on the streets said this was the most powerful earthquake they have ever experienced.
