yeah i feel like either her headphones don't isolate the vocals well enough or she didnt pick up all the vocals. Especially since she said she likes it more second listen. Also it was a mix of genres not really just pop like there is 80s element, some of the melodies are very korean trot style but modernised etc.
I did like it more on second listen-through, I think I was expecting more grand vocal embellishments but what it ended up as was really solid as well! no complaints, really -therese
