Why does the title say ARMAGEDDON, it’s just a normal day with the Buddies.
That’s why
I think what happpened was that advanced intel made Steve's bullets 360 degree homing, BUT he also had sneaky and go through walls.
So he practically has immortal bullets that will hunt down the closest person
HOWEVER, since the bullet speed was so low, the closes person was indeed Steve. And since blocked bullets ricochet, if he at any time blocked any bullet, the immortal bullets around him would sustain that block forever.
That is why in the relatively early rounds after he got Advanced Intel, he had sort of like a bee's nest of bullets zipping around him. As soon as he got close to someone(i.e the other person closer to bullet than steve) the bullet would shoot towards them(and always hit cause of go through walls), and since it had so much damage one shot them
The problem arised when dropsy and steve both got their attack speed up waaay too high. That meant any normal block would turn perpetual. But dropsy's bullets did not have sneaky and drill, so while they did bounce, they stopped after a while. This ofc means nothing if she keeps shooting, but if she stops(like she did at the end of 1st round) slowly her bullets go away. Which means now both steve and Dropsy have their blocks slow down, and steve's bullets can sneak through
I HAVE NO IDEA why steve's bullets did not hurt him(maybe just another perk of Advanced Intel or the (i hope i don't forget to put in the description)card, that is no friendly fire).
