The reason he got artwork is that when you cancel the heist while you are in the casino during vault contents, when you go back to the board and start a new hiest you get a random target. I did this at least 20 times this week to get diamonds.

do you know you can constantly boost and wiggle up nd down to maintain speed on the mk2 saves just holding the throttle and going slow

U can also call your assistant to reclaim impounded vehicles
a tip so you dont have do exit disguise: collecting all 54 playing cards will unlock you a suit called the high roller in free roam and will also unlock the high roller as an exit disguise for the casino heist
its not very good. Plus firefighters = NOOSE outfit practically just don't take out your gun and the set up takes less than 2 minutes so y'know
You can turn friendly fire off in the interaction menu for your crew

Gunman should always be cheap because even the cheapest weapons still get the job done. The cheapest loadout for aggressive is an SMG and a shotgun which are still effective.
Driver should always be cheap because the Sentinel Classic is a good escape vehicle and most people are going to use the helicopter anyway.
The hacker should be expensive in most cases. If the target is artwork, you can probably get away with Christian or even Luckie if you're an efficient team.
