@@YaziTCG I could be wrong, but it was probably FuRyu themselves. I had heard a rumour that they really don't like bringing games to the west and the price+dlc is just a big middle finger. Or it could be the fact that a lot of games are starting to become $69.99. But imo $70 for a card game is dumb.
im so glad i got a modded switch because i got the base game on my steam deck and saw the price of the dlc......i was like hell nah! Everything combine is more than the price of three aaa games 😢.
I don’t want to be doom and gloom, but I honestly don’t think that we are getting anything pass Messiah stride set. The price just seems to scare people away. Furthermore, for some reason they like like to pick out weird and long dates to release DLCs and that is annoying because people are playing the waiting game and everyone is bored as hell. Your ramble made some valid points. I love the gameplay, but I hated everyone’s story, primarily the main story. The first play through, I skipped every damn dialogue because it made no sense.
I mean it's kinda same as Yu-gi-oh! Legacy of the Duelist being mainly for single-player content. Which of course is cheaper, and there are 2 versions of it, I guess latest one counts as remake which still is cheaper then Dear Days. Not counting dlcs for orginal release, but those add content what to do in-game not just cards. Saying that of course I agree that Dear Days it's still expensive for single-player experience, it should be cheaper at least half the price and without these kinda dlcs. For free cardfight vanguard simulator as master duel it would be a live services game that will focus more on pvp and of course it would have microtransactions which would be connected to booster packs or any way to get cards. Which I guess isn't different from how Bushiroad is doing with dlcs for this game. And it would need to be kept in up-to-date when rules gets changed. However it would have enough players for pvp because there isn't up-front cost working as barrier to entry. But I guess they are afraid to release live-services cardfight vanguard simulator after they shut down zero. Which had difference from physical card game.
62 for about 50+ decks?? + If you got it on steam you're losing out on the pr pack? Try building a max rare eva with that amount 😂😂😂. Furthermore 20 for a dlc compared to 60-70/ box and unable to build a deck? I think thats pretty worth it LOL. Even for yu gi oh master duel you can only build one deck of your choice 💀 with all the gems they give you and thats if you're lucky. The only thing im unhappy with is that i need to pay for nintendo online
its not about it translating to the price of building decks irl, of course buying dear days could be cheaper than buying some decks irl this was a way to bring in potential new players into the game they might not have given a shot and it immediately fails at that with the price being so steep and much worse if they like a deck from set 6 onward, and comparing to master duel isnt a good comparison cause the price of master duel is free and from the way it looks that game is gonna continue to get updates long past the life span of dear days.
@@YaziTCG I'm comparing to master duel because if you want to play master duel the same way as dear days you definitely have to spend money, unlike where dear days everything from set 1-5 has been unlocked, including festival boosters and nation packs for the price of 70( one booster), Therefore my argument with the price point being able to build more decks=bang for your buck. However you have a pt in the lifespan on dear days but we don't whether they are going to let dear days dir because if they do they would be letting go of such a good investment opportunity for future releases like divinez. Likely they would add story dlcs further one down the road imo
@@gankeat577 that's also something im surprised they haven't done they advertised this as a visual novel game but have gotten no story dlc content seems like an easy money maker
Now that dear days 2 has been announced too
Makes me happy to know that leaving cardfight was the best thing I ever did.
can't blame people for leaving the game if bushi doesn't wanna fix the long problems that people have been having with the game
thats why i pirated the game and all dlc they clearly dont care about the consumer
Good
Bushi is too greedy
100% like I wanna meet the person who approved of the price tags for this game

yea Furyu isn't the best company when it comes to managing games in the west so they are also to blame
I think it's mostly FuRyu , their salty about west don't like thier jrpgs
Minor nitpick I have is that the deck name word limit is way too small
And it also has really weird censors

The biggest problem of this game the price is just 2 high for everything

Bushi didn't think far, should have make the game free like yugioh

dude ive been waiting for it to be on sale...
I just don't like how the Asian versions get the DLC first, so they have a distinct advantage.
It’s unfortunate that they used furyu for publishing. It wouldn’t be as agregiace if it wasn’t for them.
They should have made it free like master duel
I love dear days😢
It's that price that turns many people away. Hence why the game is slowly dying.
for "DivineZ", it's pronounced "Divines"
divine z deez nuts ahahahahaha
