    Nice video. I got it working. Because Docker is running on my Synology NAS i needed some more things to do to get it working, but eventually, it did.

    There is a disclaimer in the app about the exposure of this app to Internet. It says that the app is a beta and not production ready. I think it is something users must be aware of, that they don't expose the results to internet. You don't want the outside world to know which port are open / closed on your network. Be carefull

      Very true. I'd say that is a warning to take with you on any software that you run on your internal network to identify potential holes.

    Nice looking utility. Unfortunately, it's only for x86 machines. My network runs NMap on ARM.

      I've got another one coming up next week. I'll look and see if there is an ARM option for it, and if so make sure to mention it on the description and show notes.

    Please build Arm64

      I don't build Webmap, so no idea how to do that, but you could put a request issue on the github page.

    The built in automation fails to run so you'll need to set a cron for nmap and if you're looking to build the docker image yourself on modern Debian based systems you'll need to replace "ibssl1.0-dev" on line 24 of the Dockerfile with "ibssl1". Expect an image size of ~1.6GB though as it's using a full Ubuntu install as a base for some unknown reason :/

    • @AwesomeOpenSource
      @AwesomeOpenSource  3 роки тому

      Yep, would be nice to see them use a smaller base image for sure.

    I'm getting an "Error response from daemon: pull access denied for name, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied." Error?
    what can I do?

    • @AwesomeOpenSource
      @AwesomeOpenSource  3 роки тому

      hmmmm... not sure, I'll have to see what's going on. 1. Do you use docker for other things successfully on this machine? 2. did you try to "sudo docker run ..." instead?
