- "In a call on the Israel's army radio station GLZ Radio, Shahar Mendelson, a friend of Harel Itah, an Israeli captain who died on Saturday of his wounds in Gaza, said that Itah found a baby during his time in Gaza and took it back to Israel.
During the live radio segment broadcast on Sunday, the hostess, Yael Dan, was taken aback by Mendelson's revelation. "He entered a house in Gaza and heard a baby girl crying... He decided to find her and took her back to Israel," he said. Dan had to interrupt and asked him to clarify what he had just said.
When Mendelson confirmed, Dan assumed there were no family or relatives around to take the baby and said, "This is a story we'll hear about one day when this baby grows up."

There are thousands of Palestinians in Israeli prisons who are being held without charge or trial (which is TOTALLY illegal in the U.S.). Israel keeps them to trade for any Israeli hostages Palestinians might grab.
Now you know why Israel gives 1000 Palestinian prisoners for every Israeli hostage: the Palestinian prisoners committed no crime that an Israeli judge would imprison them for. If the Palestinian prisoners DID commit a crime, they would go to trial (but thousands of Palestinian prisoners are never charged).

Do you think that there are Palestinian government officials just walking around in the the midst of the battle field? Maybe he should've walked up to a Hamas militant, hoping not to get shot, and hand over the baby to him? The first thing the soldier did was to take the baby out of harm's way, and if the baby needed medical attention he would make sure that the baby got the medical treatment it needed. Afterwards the IDF would coordinate the return of the baby with Palestinian officials or the red cross. The soldier did not kidnap the baby as this video is trying to present the situation.

It means we can Nationalise resources and give Indigenous peoples the right of Sovereignty over them as Guardians.
This can be achieved through a General Strike or Velvet Revolution, much like the Occupy movement, peacefully occupying State Buildings until a People's Mandate can be implemented.
With the appropriate checks and balances, you could have a national digital forum where qualified professionals can debate the issues in a public setting without all the disinformation and bad faith antics, hatespeech etc.
Any vote would need to pass the 70% threshold, with a veto or _rewrite_ vote needing 30%.
The issues would be debated, the public educated, and then a vote taken. Votes that fail will have to wait a year before trying again. Any new proposal (Citizen Initiated Referendum) would have to reach a threshold of support before it made it onto the register. This would all be subject to a Social Contract (New Constitution) that forbids human rights abuses and discrimination, that can be written in the same manner based on the core principles we all share. Councils and Boards could operate in a similar fashion at Scale.
It works in a way that obligates people to better educate themselves ( that is to use logic and evidence in their reasoning ) for a better understanding of the issues, and then take collective responsibility for the outcomes. I watch these videos (and others you won’t see here) of atrocities. I have heard and seen things I never thought I would. But it seems like there’s at least one story a week that details a WAR CRIME committed by an Israeli against a Palestinian (or a group vs a group), that I would never have thought of because I have a soul.
For instance, I would never think that an invading military would position snipers around a church, shoot an elderly woman in the stomach in order to lure out her daughter to be shot in the head. And then fire grenades at the group who comes to help, leaving the elderly woman to bleed out.
I never thought I would see a military force destroy a cemetery.
I never thought I would learn of a military targeting a 13-year old girl in a hospital that had an amputated leg from being bombed several days earlier and losing most of her family.
