I will hardcore agree with you on #3. I have too big of a crush on Warner to ever drop him! Tris is fine I guess, but you really have to blame the writing of her story for her being not so likable.
I would have saved Kaz and Nikolai too. That being said I didn't read the books where the other character was in so...yeah. But, if you paired Kaz or Nikolai with other grishaverse characters, I would have probably dropped them. No shade to them, I just prefer the other characters like Jesper and Inej and Zoya and so on.
I love the raven cycle and it is my favourite series but I will agree blue is so I'm not like all the other girls that it is exhausting :P All the boys are much better characters.
