He forgot to say open the brake reservoir under the hood when you’re compressing the caliper so you don’t swell the brake lines . You only need to bleed the brakes if air gets in the line & the brakes are squishy after installation otherwise it’s not necessary if when you pump the brakes it tightens up or becomes stiff
