at around plv 200 I did a multi in the marineford sugo in hopes for getting that rated up Blackbeard but instead I pulled Sengoku and shanks my first two legends and did two this time and got 2 units I was hoping for 1 legend I wanted Lucci but no Fuji or mihawk or jinbei but I needed Lucci to complete my cp9 characters

I got SW Ace from my first free pull. I honestly espected a silver , you should have seen my face when a red poster appeared instead. The first multi was almost only fake golds and dupes (1 new unit), but the second multi gave me Sengoku. Your pulls are crazy. Seriously.

What are the pull rates for a legend. What are my chances. Saved up about 70 orbs and going to save up till 150. But in the past haven't pulled since last summer but I pulled around 1000 orbs worth on sugo and never got a legend

Blackbeard takes a lot of creativity to make teams work with him. There's not really an easy way to go about making his teams.

I can get skill-ups from skill-books. You can't farm Rayleigh Points.
