Hello Ron... Please HELP.. I am currently a loyal voixtek student. I have an urgent question. I had an altercation with someone and long story short I screamed a lot and put my voice through what I feel was just an insane level of stress. and now my voice hurts and I feel I’m losing it..I know this will get better and I take care of my voice a lot since I am a recording artist, but how can I aid healing and avoid permanent damage from this incident? It would mean a lot if you guys had advice or had some videos on what to do directly after screaming.. Thanks

Our technical skill needs to be incorporated with precision and serious commitment. I'm curious why you never close, cover, or darken a descending passage. It sounds like good advice, but what is the reason behind it?
Because it has a tendency to sound flat plus it will also mess with your pitch when going to sing the next scale or phrase
he literally said the reason in the video : because it will tight and squeezed the throat, causing lock and hurt
