Those pesky Thrips! Found some on my pepper plants that I’m overwintering. Seems like there’s always some pest no matter what time of year it is. I’m going to have to check out your son’s channel.
Yeah, those darn things give me fits, they start early and last the entire season. If I had concrete floors, I could easily eradicate them with just simple soapy hot water. If you like air guns and hunting, you should like his channel, he went full-time with it this past fall, he is absolutely crushing it on views!
Love your videos man, can you do a detailed video on your lower and lean trellises i have tried it in the past with less plants and the weight of the plants just pulled them over.
На самом деле машину легко было бы вытащить, нужно было взять доску и лопату, лопатой подкопать под колесо, подложить под него доску и всё. От трипс идеально помогает тиаметоксам или имидаклоприд, особенно в теплицах где можно не бояться за насекомых опылителей, чтобы тиаметоксам или имидаклоприд не попали в плоды нужно лить его под корень, суть этих пестицидов в том что по растению они перемещаются строго вверх, когда питание плодов происходит наоборот из листьев в плоды, то есть сверху в низ, поэтому они не попадают в продукцию, но даже для опрыскивания у них срок ожидания 3 дня, а в самом растении они перерабатываются в витамин РР что улучшает его рост и повышает стрессоустойчивость, не бойтесь пестицидов🙂
Do these chemicals work on majority types of bugs or only specific types. I had a spider mite break out in my basement greenhouse last month. They only went at my cucumbers but anything I tried didn't do alot. Killed the plants ultimately and I had to pull them. We also have a huge issue with flea bettles in our gardens. Went from beautiful looking cole crop plants to the little buggers decimating them within only 4 or 5 days.
Sorry for the delayed reply, I was backpacking in South Carolina. These are all biological insecticides and work fairly well on most insects, however, spider mites are definitely the most difficult to control and or kill. You must catch them very early. Once you see the speckling and webs it’s almost too late. Most biologicals only work on spider mites by smothering them and take a very high volume of spray to drench the infected area and are often oils or soaps. I have also used traditional miticides like Floramite which is labeled for greenhouse use with variable results. On really dry seasons we also get them in our watermelons too. These darn pests are the worst! Flee beetles are easy to control with traditional insecticides. We get them on our eggplant every year. Let me know if you need more specifics.
