    Seriously!! This brings me to tears! Never thought there would be a worthy and unique successor of musicians such as Oscar Peterson! Your play is brilliant, thank you for your wonderful music!!! 🤗🙏🥰🌷

    Musician from God. Thanks for your creativity. We are glad that there is a younger generation worthy of the work of great predecessors such as Oscar Peterson and George Gershwin.❤😊

    Unbelievable, what a fantastic piece! I love hearing different influences in this, there's some Erroll Garner at 1:48 and Kapustin's Intermezzo at 2:14 :D

    There is only one other pianist I've heard with this kind of raw talent: Art Tatum. Natalie, you are exceptional. Please recreate some Art Tatum solo pieces here in UA-cam. Very few people could play them, much less play them flawlessly. Amazing.

    It seems the piano has a new master, and her name is Natalie. Watching you play like you do, I am thinking of the work and time you put in to make it happen and sound so effortless. Its truly a pleasure to watch the joy in your playing!!

    1:17 Can you reach an eleventh? Because that's the only way I know of to be able to walk tenths that fast, that is so satisfying to watch and listen! (like I said, only pianist I've seen who isn't a guy with absurdly large hands that can span a twelfth that can flat hand tenths at all!)
    1:32 Those novelty jingles, as I like to call them, are one of my favorite patterns to stick in, especially on fast stuff, they add a touch of mischievous craziness into any piano piece!

    HOLY MOLEY THIS IS GOOD!!! I love all the runs in the start of the tune, you've got precision like a lot pianists dream about their whole lives! Also, you're the first female pianist I've seen that can reach minor tenths in every key and major tenths on all white keys it seems, you're incredibly lucky, having a large handspan for playing this kind of music is one of the greatest assets a pianist can have! Keep up the amazing work, this is truly incredible!

    OK, that's an album I'm definitely getting! The highest praise I can give you is to tell you that my mother would have LOVED you, and given that she thought that Rubenstein and Horowitz were over-rated, and could actually outplay them, that tells you all that you need to know. Brilliant!

    Wouldn't it be something if you scored an entire motion picture, using just that piano. It would be crazy if, during some lounge scene, where perhaps, the only time there may be some singing, that you would be the singer. Talk about bringing back the old to meet the new, and breaking some kind of fourth wall! The latest movie to be soundtracked using only a piano, I believe, was 'the sting'. That was a movie from the 70s.

    • @vichenry171
      @vichenry171 Рік тому

      Strike that. The Sting did not just have piano. They didn't have the guts. But you're good enough to do it. I guess I'm referencing those old old black-and-white movies, when Cinema started. And a piano roll was the soundtrack. Only this time you would actually be playing the piano.
