She's right about the western countries not knowing enough about her country! Nice interview.

I'm not sure the Thatcher comparison makes much sense. She seems much more collaborative and much less xenophobic than the original Iron Lady.

Exactly. And I don't think Thatcher ever deserved that title either. She wasn't an iron lady, but more of an old stubborn, xenophobic shroud. No point of comparison with these true iron ladies of today in Estonia, Finland, New Zealand, and even the good old Frau Merkel.

Had a chance to visit Estonia in 2006. Lovely country. I recommend the Baltics for anyone who wants to see and experience something new.

Kaja Kallas knows what life is after "peace" in a country occupied by Russia. Listen and learn - she's the real deal.
Today is 105 years since Estonia declared independence - Palju õnne, Eesti vabariik!
With time the Russian occupation will become nothing but a distant lesson, never to be forgotten. Cheers from across the GOF.

Evasive joking answers on the pipeline question speak volumes.
We have gone from 'it was obviously Russia' to her prevaricative dribble, eventually we will get to 'yes America did it, this is why it's a good thing.'

Great admiration and respect for this lady and leader. She is clear, to the point and absolutely truthful. I wish other leaders would listen to her.
