Can this FPV Drone Survive the High Mountain Winds? | A Cinematic Long Range Adventure

- I test the limits of how strong of winds my long range fpv drone can handle while still getting quality footage! By far the strongest winds I have flown in. High up in the mountains of Colorado the snow is falling and that means its time to brave the cold and get some of the most amazing views this state has to offer.
Gear used

Ok, after 10 seconds in I couldn't watch this video anymore......
...on my computer. I had to stop and queue it up on the big screen to watch in 4K!
Comments like this are what keep me pushing forward! You just made my day!
Great edit!

So nice!
amazing video ! i subscribe
this is incredible recording. would you like a romo?- ✨
Did you mean promo?
Amazing work, total trust in the gear. Any reason you went with 6" setup instead of 7" for mountain flying?
Easier to pack than the 7" and a bit slower when chasing cars/bikes
@@Lostbirdproductions is 7" quads faster?
@@neilfpv in my experience I can keep higher speeds while keeping similar efficiency with the 7"
@@Lostbirdproductions Thank you! I'm currently building a 7 inch quad right now. I was given a 7 inch frame. :)
@@neilfpv They have been my go to for almost everything for years now so you cant go wrong. Just make sure to get large enough motors for the props and payload you plan on flying
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nice video congratulations 😍 I gladly subscribe to the channel for the same passion for the drone 🥰 See you next video 🤗
Thanks! I appreciate it!
Amazing! How long does an 1800mah battery last for that kind of flight?
With wind speeds like this around 5-6 mins. In calmer weather I typically get around 10 or so
@@Lostbirdproductions Thanks a lot! I'm having a hard time deciding if I should build a LiOn pack for the 7 inch quad I'm building right now or a 6s with big mah like 4000mah. I can't decide, LOL
@@neilfpv If your building it for long range I would go with a 2806.5 plenty of power to haul your dual Liion setup or a heavy lipo depending on the situation
@@Lostbirdproductions awesome info! Subd! :)
Very good fpv drone flight shots please follow me up
