Fabric requirements / dimensions:
*Main Fabric (Cut 2 from template) - mirror prints
*Lining Fabric (Cut 2 from template) - mirror prints
*Accent Cuff (Cut 2 from template)
*Mini Pompom Trim - 9 inches total
*1/4 inch Twill Tape, Ribbon, or Bias Tape - 3.5 inches
Finished size approx. 5.5 x 7.5 inches
Recommend using a woven (non-stretchy) fabric - preferably a quilting cotton, lighter weight canvas for the outer layer, or cotton broadcloth.

I adore making stockings, but I've never seen anyone glue baste before. Is there a major benefit to that over using pins? And have you ever had issues seeing the glue through the project later?
😂P.S. "I set up my Christmas tree in September just for stuff like this," is truly a creator's mood.

Glue basting is pretty common in quilting, the Elmer's glue washes out and I don't have any issues with seeing the glue later. It dries sort of clear-ish.
