Hi! I just got my mooer prime s1 too. Have you tried recording via mobile phone? What cable did you use? It seems that my USB-C to Lightning Cable does not work.

I just tried it on my Iphone Xs. Unfortunately, its not working. Guess I will use my DAW in order to record.
