- We film all of our music videos on location - we NEVER used a green screen or studio! We love filming and playing our harps in nature but that also leads to nature mishaps and unexpected visitors during filming - some more dangerous than others! With the exception of a couple of collabs, we have filmed all of our videos by ourselves with just our mom there. This video shows a few of the nature mishaps that happened to be caught on camera. :) :)

What really scared me was playing on top of those bluffs in that wind. You girls be careful!! ❤❤

You are very fortunate to be able to experience the beautiful locations and the nature that dwells within it. The energy you carry with you as you journey is beautiful!
That bear looked over, thought he was seeing double and immediately decided to go back to hibernation. Lol
Fearless Fridays ~haha! Not unless the bear was seeing 4 of us! ;) ;)
We kept yelling BEAR, BEAR until it left our immediate area. The bear "huffed" some more and then took a different route down to another entrance to the water where it went out for a leisurely swim. *The bear encounter actually happened on our first video take and so the bear was down the beach from us, in the water, much of the time we were filming!*
We were lucky the bear turned away because we were in a very remote area and it was his/her home and trail, and we were the intruders. We had been warned by the rangers to make a lot of noise while we were walking on the trails so that we would not stumble on a bear but we hadn't considered that one would then come to us when we had reached our destination and were filming. We wanted to continue to film if at all possible because we had waited a long time to get to this Viking-like location. We saw several other bears that day, but that bear was the closest to us... thankfully. :) :)
If I play my harp with the windows open, the birds join in. It's adorable. I love that your mom yelled at the bear to make it go away. They know, never mess with Mama Bear.
Except the frightening bear incident (you were fortunate, and brave, there!), this would make for a great “try not to laugh challenge”! Laughter is one of the greatest gifts and the best medicine! Thanks for letting us laugh with you!
I have to say again, I still crack up at that “It was really big … It looked like it had a red body." 🕷😱 You were a real Job's comforter there, C! 😜😂 Mom's such a great sport! 😎 But that “slug touch” and shriek in abject horror (by K?), with both your following commentaries & expressions of disgust, gives the 🕷one a major run for its money! 🤣 Love these clips - keep 'em coming! 😄

I have to say that you ladies looked like you had a lot of fun in spite of all the bears and bees and everything in between in your shoots. I have to admit seeing you walk in those heels in such broken terrain is a little humorous, I know you were trying to be in character for your videos but it was little funny seeing you ladies trying to navigate the area in your heels, I can't imagine doing that it would be hard enough in regular shoes or boots, so well done. I loved this film seeing your shoots bloopers help show how much work you put in them and how much fun you ladies have doing them. So keep up the great videos and keep showing the bloopers. I have a suspicion the bear and the bird were fans of your music so keep it up by way LOL. You ladies look great no matter if the bear or the wind gets in your way, and your music is always amazing, personally I think the bird was probably jealous.

I grew up in Northern Ontario and had taken a Forestry major in school. I am very familiar with trekking and living in the bush. But I am absolutely humbled by how well you tote those harps into all sorts of environments and situations. Tip of the hat to both of you. The video was funny as heck too.

Star Fleet Uniforms? Ever try playing in a Planetarium when not in use? The "dome"/curvature of it makes an incredible increase in sound..and u aren't attacked by bears or 'Yard Apes"..you know; children. Check with Griffith Observatory Los Angeles Ca?
