In case this video solution doesn't work you can reset your Carvaan and it'll start working. There is a small pin hole labelled "Reset" at the back of your Carvaan. You can use your smartphone's sim tray pin to reset Carvaaan through that Reset hole. Hope this helps!

It's digital tuning. it should be analog tuning.
The reception capacity of analog based radio is much better than digital radio.
This radio can't be used in a remote location.
