Wdym? I get 5 out of 6 items regularly, and the stage is shorter than the story one. Also you can farm until shop clear if you wanna minmax.

I had to retry the stage many times and ended up using a guide to cleare it, so seeing Harold getting demolished in this fashion makes me happy
I had this happen when a Typhon s3 volley would skip a stage, glad to see it abused to the max, I already had a stable auto but maybe I should cook some more

How did Horn manage to skip all of Harold's invincibility thresholds during phase 2?
She was buffed enough that she just killed him at once. Same thing that happens with Ebenholz and Steam Knight, one shot.
S2 deals a single instance of damage. If you deal more damage than the max hp in one attack, you can bypass the invincibility crap.
Idk the exact mechanics of this, but if you time it right you can hit him for surprisingly long, fitting even one entire Degenbrecher S3 which is 5s. I assume it's got something to do with his animations, specifically the animation for disabling the furnaces.
Edit: If you activate Degen S3 15.1s~15.4s after his HP bar is full she will be able to finish her skill before he goes invulnerable (note that at 15s he starts using the skill, waiting exactly that amount is too little tho). Other skills might work the same? I haven't tried it yet tho
@@Dowo2987 it's not based on Harold. Horns s2 can be fired off at once when it's in Overload (the second phase of the ammo).
@@kr4547 Can't do it with Eben sadly. Since the attacks are one after the other instead of a single boosted shot Eben triggers the first overshoot gate.
I'm so glad I still have 100 leftover crystalline compoments from other events so I don't have to farm this stage.
This is kind of meme, but it also makes a stable and fast clear so it's not really a meme either. To duplicate this exactly does require pretty specific operators fully built, but it is possible to adjust some aspects of it to still work. I used this as inspiration, but by clear honestly didn't end up looking too much like this in detail.
-Horn was back two tiles from where he had her so she wouldn't freeze
-I used the dwarf instead of saileach and just stuck her at the back
-I used Eyja instead of Lumen in the same spot
-My Warf wasn't built enough (I keep forgetting to M3 S2) so I added Aak (SL7)
-Meant I needed more DP so I ran Flametail in the spot he had Mountain
-I used Texas to clear the first snowball guys after baiting their throws on Mlynar
-I used Nearl Alter to block and kill the second two
The hardest part was honestly getting the timing on the nuke right. I must have had like ten runs where she fire one to few or too many shots and botched it. It's REALLY fucking satisfying once you get it though.

arknights is always funny to me because.. where people with even a few 6 star specific operators like silverash, ifrit, shining (which i understand these first 3 are more so "beginner 6 stars"), even ch'en..
I had such a damn easy job clearing the stage for the most part, but still had to use a support hero Mylnar just to kill the boss and still even lost about 8 times before I got the mechanics down.
AND HERE I JUST WATCHED THIS DUDE CLEAR THE ENTIRE PROBLEM OF THE 2ND PHASE SNOWBALL METEOR HELL INSTANTLY WTF
100% my progression problem, but bro I feel so STUPID watching this
maybe me maxing poncirus to Module 3, S2M3 wasn't the wave resource wise but damn is the DEF fun to watch go from 400 to like 1300+ with shining + even bison... the game's creative mind to start out barely pulling through a stage and then being able to solo a stage with practically 2 operators blows my damn mind..

I didn't know you could avoid the annoying parts by just oneshotting the boss, but knowing that I would probably try to use Windchimes.

Yeah probably can, but he will activate his invisible phase if you don't finish him in one shot

Funny coincidence. My horn has been M8 for years, too. S3 was from recommendations ( rarely used, if ever), S2 is also from recommendations (same as S3), S1 is self interest (and become my primary choice).
Wait I have most of these units except mountain and stainless but I can replace them with aak and chongyue

Aak have lower atk% buff, and his aspd buff is meaningless in this strat. While virtuosa S3 atk buff isnt much.
Maybe bring shamare instead?

A sniper to the leftmost of the top furnace (to activate the leftmost furnace) and YatoAlter S2 for the other furnaces helps to quickly activate them aside from using matches.
I need explanation about what happened :O
1. Have enough atk buffer (vid used stainless & warfarin) if base atk not enough to 1 shot kill
2. Activate horn s2 & wait until the ammo icon turns red
3. Deactivate horn s2
4. Bye boss mechanic

Oh god I just started this game 10 days ago I got some characters but I can’t to potential 2 and I need to clear the event. 🫠😢 any tips ??
Let it go, and walk your own pace.
For all arknight players, the first 2-3 events or the first 2-3 months of starting is the most gruesome since you are way too underdeveloped for everything. Its normal.
After months, you should have a better base and cam start focusing on clearing events in a relatively comfortable pace.
