Mistwalker Hood - 3rd D, First passive
Cleric Robe - 3rd R, First passive
Demon Boots - 3rd F (Can be swapped for Rejuvenating Sprint), Second passive
Wildfire staff :
3rd Q,
Second W (vs melee) ; First W (vs range),
Third passive.
Tome of spells
Can use Lymhurst/Keeper cape but build generally performs pretty well with a normal cape.
T7 + Omelette
Most important tip for this build is to cast your E when you proc the passive on your staff.
The amazing thing about this build is that if played correctly, it's capable of taking down players with 400-500 IP advantage over you!

I would suggest trying out the one hand fire staff! It’s quite fun and perfect for newer players. The build is: Hunter hood, Cultist robe, Soldier boots , One hand fire staff, Taproot.
Take your time learning the game, as most fights are won by knowing what your opponent has and being able to play around it, and of course have fun!
