Hey I’m new to lacrosse and I’ve been watching a lot of lacrosse lately and I do t how ppl crate the ball while winding up for a shot like at 1:10. Do they use there bottom hand ? I’ve tried practicing my shot and winding up but whenever I start to use my bottom hand to cradle the ball just falls out.
