Hallo Modellbahnfreunde,
ich habe meine kleine britisch/wallisische 009-Kleinstanlage überarbeitet, nachdem ich das Projekt schon lange vor mir hergeschoben hatte. Neben Modellgebäuden von Dapol wurden zahlreiche kleine Szenen ergänzt und ein paar typisch britisch/wallisische Details (aus meiner Sicht). Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden und vielleicht kann meine Anlage euch zu eigenen Bauprojekten inspirieren.

Hello model railroaders,
I finished the latest remake of my british/welsh 009 micro layout. This was a longtime wish to add a more british/welsh look (in my opinion) to the layout. This will create a matching home for my 009 trains. I'm very happy with the outcome of the layout and maybe it will inspire some of you for own projects.

Thanks Jozef, Micro layouts in garden railroad scales can be challenging, but aren't impossible ;-)

Very good layout! How did you make the brown locomotive?
Hi Loco #9 (sidetank) is made from a Five79 kit on a Minitrains chassis. The full building log is on my blog (link is in the description)
Loco #10 (the saddletank) is a live steam model, build by Brian Caton.
Super sehr schön aber warum hast du das nicht so gebaut das du es mit deinen Modulen erweitert kannst?
Hi Tim,
es ist ein in sich abgeschlossenes Thema. Die "Platte" habe ich schon seit gut 6 Jahren in gebrauch und ist für den Einsatz der Echtdampflok ausgelegt, die auf der anderen Modulanlage zwar fahren kann, aber mit Rangieren und Umsetzen keine große Freude bereitet (Stichwort heiße Finger).

@@Waldbahner ja gut echt dampflokomotive in dem Maßstab sind ja auch eigentlich zum fahren und nicht zum Rangieren gedacht wie du schon sagst sonnst verbrennt mann sich eben du bin mal gespannt ob du die Anlage noch mal im echt dampf betrieb zeigst 🙂

@@TEA_Tims_Eisenbahn_Adventure Alkohol qualmt eben nicht so schön wie polnische Lokkohle 🤣 dafür ist es Küchentischtauglich.
Es gibt auch nur eine sehr dünne Dampffahne, die man ebenfalls kaum sieht. Das ist alles der Physik und Miniaturisierung geschuldet. Aber Finger dran verbrennen, das tut genau so weh wie bei den großen Dampfloks 😂

schöne Anlage. Kurze Frage Lok Nr. 9 fährst Du die mit einer Fernsteuerung oder mit einem Handelsüblichen Fahrregler?

Lok 9 habe ich mit Akku und Fernsteuerung ausgerüstet. Diese Anlage hat kein Strom auf dem Gleis. Den Baubericht, auch zum Sender, findest du in meinem Blog 😉

Looks great, how did you do the lining on the kit built loco?
Is it a Kerr Stuart Skylark?
Yes, it's a Skylark kit from Five79, lightly kitbashed to fit on a Minitrains drive chassie.
The kining is handpainted with a very thin pencil. The build is also documented on my blog at waldbahner.de

while collecting in 7 scales , 009 is Home for me • • • sometimes ℹ yearn to get back to the basics with a micro-layout like this , for ℹ seem to feel "lost" in all the overkill of room size, mega layouts

Many thanks and I can totally understand. As space is limited at my home, small mayouts are a good compromise. Also those are projects with manageable time lines to build. Good for me, as I usually have multiple project ideas the same time.
