Excellent, thanks so much for going through this case study from beginning to end, and for sharing all of the excel formulas needed for calculation as well. Very informative video on capital structure and how to decide between different financing options for new projects!
Thanks. I modified the title to 3 of 3 (there are actually only 3 videos on the subject). I apologize for the confusion. I'll attempt to redo the videos.

I was able to replicate the entire data sheet but when I followed the goal seek/what if analysis for sales indifference level, my spreadsheet calculated a revenue level of $7.2M, not $3M, and I don't know what caused the miscalculation :-(
Update: I found my error. Advice to all who are watching this video and working the problem out in Excel: If you try to replicate the calculations by copying cells over to another tab, make sure that the sales number is absolute and not a reference to another cell, but that all subsequent calculations are still in the cells with their formulas, not as absolute numbers, or your what if analysis will render the wrong result.
I truly apologize for the late response. The "what if" is presented in the 11:50 min. To execute, first go to a blank cell and manually calculate the difference between the two EPS values, as shown. The what-if will give you the revenue level that causes that difference (of 4.44) to be 0. On spreadsheet, click on DATA, then WHAT-IF ANALYSIS. Choose GOAL SEEK. In the dialog box, while cursor is blinking in SET CELL, click on the spreadsheet cell containing 4.44 so the cell address registers in SET CELL. Next, click into the dialog box cell "TO VALUE." Type 0 in it. Then click into the dialog box cell "BY CHANGING CELL." While cursor is blinking in it, click on the spreadsheet cell containing the revenue input. That's it!

Sir where’s 4 of 4 ???? 😏
Sorry, took it down. No longer useful.
Pat Obi Sir , did it contain things that you didn’t discuss in previous videos, if so could you share it with me please?
No, it did not. I've renumbered the videos to minimize confusion. I do apologize.
Pat Obi Thank you so much for taking your time to respond , your videos were very helpful to me. God bless you
