Acres has always been a band Spotify Spotify keeps pushing, I liked the recent album, but this song hits my feels hard. We all have been abandoned by those we thought loved us, and this song takes me there. I love it.
Reminds me of 2020, when all my friends and my mother broke off all relations with me because I told them not to take the jab. It was painful for a while, but I am glad they are gone.

@lazerhawks i am a christian. And that would make me very happy to hear that they have accepted christ as well. Certain songs when they mention Christ, in alternative rock become bangers

I like the song and i love their last 2 albums alot but i feel there is something missing in this song .
Like i miss those high range moment that they use his voice push forward , like they did in previous songs : HOLD ON , LONELY WORLD , .... again i love the song but it all sounded it a little bit all on the same level , like there wasnt really something jumping out
I feel the same. EP and first album just hit better.
Feels a bit too over produced compared to their debut, losing a bit in translation so to speak. it's more mature, but not as catchy like their previous.

Super bombastic kicks and snares yet sound so cheap. Overproduced and boring. So lifeless. Very FLStudio-ish. Well, pretty much every modern SSR releases. They all sound the same 🥱
