Grateful for NOCD and these q&a’s. Dr. McGrath’s ability to break down OCD in such an understanding way has been incredibly helpful for my journey. Currently seeing an NOCD therapist that has helped tremendously in just a few sessions. Also, wonder if we could see another episode with Dr McGrath and Jon Herschfield? My 2 favorites!! ❤️‍🩹

To anyone reading this: you are valued, you are special, and you are loved. ♥️. OCD really sucks (I definitely know that), but somehow someway we'll get through it.

Do you believe that OCD is a demon?

I think OCD is a disease. Kinda like diabetes, but instead of affecting the pancreas it affects the brain. This is why it feels real. Cuz the brain controls everything in ur body. Like feelings and thoughts and everything.
