I like how May at this point was a reminder to the viewers that the Mall Rats were living super priviledged lives and most of the other kids still didn't have food, water, shelter, warmth etc. Easy to forget when you're in a bubble

Buisides it's not even true. Not all mallrats worked hard. Some got lucky they where in early or accepted in. Buisides Jack didn't work hard at first, he worked smart. He claimed the mall, which is a great spot for a reasonably cushy life compared to most of the city. Then he allowed other people inside and the rest is history. Their location played a huge role in why they could set up so well, as well as Jack's way above average smarts and Ambers good leadership instincts. They got lucky with having Jack Amber and the Mall. And after a lucky start it's easier to get benefits from hard work then otherwise. They work hard, but that doesn't mean it's ok others have it worse. Everyone in the city should be having a decent life. That should be a birth right in a civil world. Not something you need to earn by ''working hard''. Buisides, surviving IS hard work. Everyday. Without the option to take breaks.
Salene and Ryan’s relationship is built on them being caretakers for each other. If Ryan is honest with himself he doesn’t feel for Salene the same way he felt for Zandra. They were there for each at their lowest and formed a mutual bond over that. They could be happy if they embraced that but for Salene it feels like second best and she wants to feel the same passion she felt for Bray. She’s clearly afraid that she won’t ever find that so she keeps going back to Ryan.
When are they going to open their eyes about Trudy. You can tell them a million times and show them a video of her confessing for working with the chosen and they all would still be blind to the fact . It's cute seeing Tai-San jealous

That last part is not fair. People can have arguments and a bad relationship that doesn't work. That still doesn't make the other party guilty for another's suicide. Thats a very dangerous way of thinking. When people are mentaly healthy, heartbreak doesn't lead to suicide but a normal and healthy grieving period. Ryan going to that level means he had other issues as well. Salene is not to blame for that. They are both people who need professional mental health care. They do not make a healthy couple. But they are not bad people, not Salene either. She makes mistakes, but she isn't the evil people make her out to be. And nobody is ever to blame for the suicide of another. Once somebody is to blame (Like indirectly forcing it, or actively manipulating people with the intention to have them commit suicide, it's murder. Salene and Ryan had a bad relationship. But had he killed himself that would not have been Salene's fault altough I'm sure she would blame herself. As a lot of real life people do when their loved ones commit suicide after fights or rough patches. Consider real people in real life when you judge fictional characters. And never blame people for another suicide. Mentaly Healthy people dont commit suicide when they are sad, hurting, dealing with heartbreak.
