Dear it's a great machine but you can't use this to produce quality castings. I can explain the matter in a separate discussion if you are interested. Aldo Bergamasco
@@12т-д5п I need a few seconds not minutes to see what happens with a machine who treat lost foam patterns.I started working as a lost foam engineer in the largest Italian foundry in the 80's and I thoroughly analyzed every single step of the process from foam to mechanical processing. Best regards
It appears that they are, I have now idea of the quality of their parts, but either they know something that you don't know, or perhaps their castings aren't great. I'm guessing that since they're doing it, they must be doing it successfully. Perhaps their process or the specific foam they're using accounts for whatever you're objecting to and why.
@@Mrddrichards Their market for agricultural engines is booming so if there is any quality problem it is outweighed by the quantity produced and if there are oil leaks in the field no one will notice.....
i also want to see the parts, repetetive in good quality. a foam core does not impress me. maybe their internal scrap rate would be interesting too. i think they dont care about srap
Can you do a follow up video where you show preparing the lost foam for casting, and the actual pour?
Can you give approximate prices for lost foam casting services ? If the weight of the part is from 200 to 1000 kilograms, the material is cast iron.
