    I always focused on these 3 components on my workout session. But nowadays nobody do this except knowledge fitness persons. Thank you Doctor.

    Hi sir, i just want share my knowledge also with you. Wat you said that is absolutely correct. If people wants to be for generally they can go with the health related physical fitness components. Cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. One more thing is there that is skill related physical fitness component: agility, balance, power, reaction time, co ordination and speed. This skill related components Mostly athletes will follow in their training schedule. But the base is wat you said that three components is major and core for further components. I think am not wrong sir. Please reply sir if am correct. I would like say s big thanks to you sir behalf of all the youngsters for creating a wonderful motivation and awareness. I am master of physical education. So i am much interest in this.

    Dear kindly suggest us a time table for this three type of exercise. I am having BP and not good sleep at night. Moreover very difficult to get up early. My sleeping and food is not regular. Kindly suggest me to correct my self and give time table for the same pl.

    Daily I use to do 1hr of floor exercise like sit ups(100), mountain claim(100) and other stretches.sometimes I m feeling knee pain.please tell me wat kind of food I need to take to avoid knee problems
