Cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. One more thing is there that is skill related physical fitness component: agility, balance, power, reaction time, co ordination and speed. This skill related components Mostly athletes will follow in their training schedule. But the base is wat you said that three components is major and core for further components. I think am not wrong sir. Please reply sir if am correct. I would like say s big thanks to you sir behalf of all the youngsters for creating a wonderful motivation and awareness. I am master of physical education. So i am much interest in this.
