- In this weeks episode I say an emotional goodbye to baby Sofie and Honza to begin my solo journey to Mount Everest Base Camp. This journey becomes one of the most fulfilling and challenging experiences of my life, especially when my team fall ill with altitude sickness leaving me to conquer the climb alone.

Hey you! Honza, Claudine and baby Sofie here, welcome to our online home. We are international yoga teachers, we are parents, we are husband and wife, but most importantly we are two human beings on a journey. We host yoga teaching trainings and retreats around the world, we immerse ourselves in diverse cultures and are blessed enough to encounter incredible humans along the way. In this mindful UA-cam series we aim to shine the light on people, organizations and brands that are doing incredible things for humanity.

I have yet to get through one episode without crying at least once. I am moved and inspired on such a deep, ancient level that I haven't yet found a way to articulate what your story is igniting within me. I just spent a week in the hospital and had partial hip replacement surgery. They say my history with yoga will be invaluable in healing. But everything has changed. Absolutely everything. This episode in particular was inspiring for me and as I continue to navigate this long healing journey ahead, I feel monumental shifts are taking place that I don't even realize yet. I am in awe of Claudine's strength, courage...of Honza's love and support and respect for his partner, of the life you are creating for Sophie....Thank you! Just thank you. XO

I’ve been following you ever since you guys came to visit Nepal. I Watch your insta stories almost on a regular basis so I know how much you’re attached to Sophie and Honza. But i know this journey will be one of the most fulfilling journey of your life.
