However if you are an individual mobile home investor I would encourage you to check out tenantcloud, avail, and turbotenant. However, like I mentioned in the video you should absolutely make sure to call landlord references and verify job history and income yourself by calling the current employer. This is a very short answer however I hope that it helps and makes sense. Any follow-up questions never hesitate to reach out any time.

@@MobileHomeFormula I own mobile homes on my own lots not in parks. i rent the package out, often to gov subsidized tenants.
