In the teaser for season 3 they teased another episode later on that is like this where it might be somewhat related to another episode from season 2 that you might enjoy watching that first but also i don't think there is any need for that if you would have to rush things. I think you will still enjoy season 2 after watching this season and just have added fun of knowing for example the pairings in this one that were also in Season 2.
