Went no contact 3 weeks ago.. this person caused my nervous system to spiral. It was not good. Consistent emotional manipulation, lack of accountability and selfishness. I’ve since received a gift in the mail and a 4 page letter. Not a single apology or awareness in their behavior. Hoping this person doesn’t go next level if you know what I mean. Moral of the story; you should never have to teach someone how to treat you.
