You really need to stay at AKL on a future trip, you love it so much. I'm getting in the zone for upcoming trip and your Vlogs and such are great for getting in the zone. And I keep changing my mind.

What a wonderful Vlog Michael - we absolutely love AKL too. Kidani is our favourite resort followed by BC. There are so many little hidden spots at AKL - I know I had a hard time pulling my kids away from the resort to go to the parks! Please keep up the resort Vlogs - just love them - looking forward to your next adventure and I hope you managed to get your mum a nice birthday gift.

I've watched a few vlogs, but yours is the best of them all. I was particularly interested in the CBR portions, since we've been a CBR fan and frequent guests since the resort opened. Although it was sad to see to see the area that used to be Barbados, where we spent many happy vacations (until moving to Jamaica or Aruba), totally empty. Barbados' spirit and the memories of our first stays in at CBR, as well as those of all other guests over the years, will always be there. We're getting ready to go back in 26 days, to make more memories.I was also happy to see that I may have been correct about OPR. OPR is such a colorful building and, although there have been refurbs inside over the years, the building on the outside is still as beautiful and colorful as it was back in 1988. I hoped that the existing building would remain and be refurbished, as well as expanded. OPR was in shown in your vlog, and from what I saw, it appears that my thinking may be correct. Keeping my fingers crossed. :) :) The sections of your vlog on CBR make me, as well as all of those other CBR fans out there, very happy to see that the spirit of our favorite resort really will remain, in spite of the loss of Barbados and half of Martinique. Since there have been so many negative comments posted online, many people are concerned about CBR. Your vlog clearly shows the resort as it is now, and should reassure future guests, both first-time and returning, that CBR is still an amazing resort.I loved your tour of AKL. One of these trips, we may splurge for a deluxe resort, and if that happens, our choices will be either WL or AKL. After seeing your vlog, AKL is winning the race.Lastly, I also enjoyed hearing about your adventures and loved the Banshee on your shoulder. Now, I'm looking forward to watching your other vlogs.Thanks again!!!!

Ok have to share this...after seeing your dilemma with the Caribbean Beach. We unfortunately had a similar situation our first stay...but we missed the Inspirational Express due to our misunderstanding of bell service. We were so used to the way Jambo House handles guests leaving by picking up luggage at room. Caribbean Beach did not have this service. The CMs scrambled with Disney Magic and we got a cab on Disney's dime just in time to make our flight. But can't wait to go back...Our hammock waiting for us.

I could so do just a resort stay....but I always go with my family so I don't know if they'd go for that. I don't know if it's just I'm getting older? but, yes I've started looking for more of a relaxing type of vacation....and disconnecting...yes, I understand that.

So I noticed you were drinking what looks like the tevana passion tango iced tea from starbucks, and I bet that is what caused your sore throat or voice to become hoarse as that happened to me-It took me a long time to realize that my throat was being affected. I suggest you switch teas :0

We stayed at Port Orleans French quarter for the July 4th holiday , and you were right, really great hotel....great staff and nice quiet small resort...plus we jumped over to riverside ....nice place as well.
