      If this is a frequent response for you in emotional situations whether angry or scared, and I say this with all seriousness as someone who never believed before a year ago and dealt with the same responses, talk with a preacher. Find a local church, and someone you trust. And just be open with them and open minded. It's helped me tremendously.
