I caught you boys on the last two dates in Ohio on the US leg of the tour. Just freakin' phenomenal nights of music. Never thought I'd get the chance to see you all again after the last time in 2000 on the Helldorado tour (I know you weren't with the band then). W.A.S.P. will always be related to the soundtrack of my youth. I do hope that Blackie keeps the band together, and maybe get some new music out there. We're still here itching for some.

@@Rowlph8888 yeah that doesn't use tracks, but the drummer is excellent, playing to tracks makes his job even harder.

Blackie doesn't sing in concert he plays his singing from his recordings and most of the guitars are not real on stage either but the drumming absolutely is, so Aquilles has to have perfect timing to keep in line with the tapes and videos on stage.
@@martymartin2894 Well, there are some breaks in this performance, so it's definitely not entirely recorded. But I thought it would be easier playing to a track, which you already know, so there's no unpredictable variation.
He's probably singing on top of a recording, otherwise those little errors wouldn't be happening when it sounds like he hasn't taken enough of a breath to get a certain lyric out - There are also certain parts of this live where the Vocal delivery is different to what it is on the recording, e.g. "until the flame burns out", is delivered in a much higher constant pitch than it is on the original recording.
I think bands are probably increasingly done this over time.
I guess the guy is 66 years old, he can't replicate the same voice as he had when he was 25
