The original vid is titled that because it's a promo for the album, which is called Snappy Too. That itself is a play on an earlier album he did called Snappy Doo, where he also played all the instruments (minus the whole rhythm section that time, I think).

It’s historically a trill or ornamental marking (when not referring to string instruments), so it seems it’s notating the “messy” style that he played with at the top of that passage.

The drummer bit everyone is mentioning ..... he would not worry Victor Wooten or Tommy Emmanuel, but the point is Morrison knows his way around a fret board, a wee tad, on either four.... or more....strings. Just like he can blast on the other brass. He is not, however, a drummer, at least, not enough to hold on through that performance. Just a little in joke of some kind I guess.

I don’t know how to feel about James Morrison. He’s obviously a phenomenal musician, but I think he’s a better musician than he is a teacher. He can play those super high notes, but there’s a lot of natural talent when it comes to anything above a G. Great transcription though!
