Yes, android is a very fulfilling career. You'll earn lots! Don't be consumed by doubt. Just start. Also, be good at DSA for cracking interviews of good companies.

onRestart is not generally expected when lifecycle is asked. As I said, it covers only important questions! Otherwise you'd have many lifecycle methods like onRestoreInstanceState etc! But they're not generally expected from you and not very much used in day to day development as well :)
