I'm crying, since I started watching esports I felt like I was part of the game... It's just a miracle that thousands of people come together to enjoy a game
+Roliplly That is the point to make here. I of course, like I believe all off you, started by just enjoying a great kickass game. And then it all went so big and that is awesome to see.
Esports is the best thing ever. In the past, gamers just play different kind of games for fun . Nowadays , we play for our countries, our passion thats who we are
To all the gamers out there , i hope u all doing great in ur life ,just ignore the toxic ppl who say that we're just a trash that had no future . We do have a future , but it takes a lot of effort and passion to get to that level , dream big my friend ! I"m sure we all can do it too ;) and make the toxic ppl regret saying bad things to us . Remember this , "Dont just play games to escape the reality , play your game and turns it to reality " .We now lived in a era where esport is our future . Keep up the good work my fellow gamers and write your own legendary life stories.
well made video. everyone has different preferences in gaming, you don't have to put down other games, you just have to support your own.but supporting the esports scene on the whole is good for the growth of every game involved.
There's an item on dota called Smoke of deceit which basically sets all nearby allies invisibles for a short period of time as long as they aren't close to enemy towers or heroes. When they get close, the invis gets dispelled. This smoke thing has limited uses throughout the game and are very crucial for ganks and surprise teamfights.
This is great, I mean i only follow League of Legends competitively, but seeing players make huge plays and what not in games i hardly play/follow still brings shivers down my spine. Amazing.
basically he used the mothership ( that big round thingy ) to put the battlecruisers in a vortex and then sent his archons ( which do splash damage ) in the vortex so when they all came out they were bunched up and the Area of effect dmg commenced.
ever since I was 5. I loved games on computers, my dream started when I was around 9, I dreamed to be a e-sport players, I worked for it and tried to get the best I could get out of myself for my skill in games, now September the 20th. I will be joining a e-sports leauge, I hope this will get me a bigger step to getting to my dream, a professional esport player, people I know despise that my dream is esports, they act like it's stupid and I should do something realistic that I can actually do, but I will try my best, I've earned money, bought a pc, worked in school, have good grades, and now I'm here, this is my chance and I hope it works out good for me
Thank you so much, this video made me cry. Call me a sad person but games make me happy, without them I would not have a dream. And all of you non gamers who think we don't have a life. Why do people earn so much money from it then? And who are you, a toilet cleaner.
Dota has wards but iG used Smoke Of Deceit, an item that makes you temporarily invisible until you get into the FOV of the enemy. It's used for exactly what you can see in the video, sneaking past wards and to the enemy team.
Great compilation. I wish more people shared your perspective. I wish more people would like to realise that we are all gamers no matter what company we represent. Yeah Rioters and IceFroggers tend to be little mad and toxic from time, but still we all love our games. Respect everyone.
and destroyed the part of the army left outside of the Vortex. When the Vortex ended, the Archons did massive aoe dmg and he also cast Psionic Storms, also an aoe spell from the unit High Templar, and completely destroyed the air fleet. That was pretty much the only way of him winning the game and that also requires huge amount of multitask, which makes the moment even more amazing. Hope you could understand, someone probably already explained this though :P
It's very nice you could appreciate & put on this video the best TI2 teamfight, LighTOfHeaveN blackholes will always be one of the most epic things dota 2 ever had. Thanks to that guy Na'Vi didnt just win teamfights against the best teams on the world, they stomped them, and it's hard to believe that will happen again without LoH, but Na'Vi will always be Na'Vi, RESPECT.
In the DOTA2 one the enemy team uses an AoE invisibilty spell to sneak upon the other team and used an AoE sleeping spell to set all their enemies to sleep they combo'd it with more AoE Ultimate spells to wipe their team .But the other teams Enigma[He has a strong ultimate channeling spell which stuns people in a small AoE] surprised them with a magic immunity item and turned the fight around .
IG, who didn't drop a single game till then, snuck up on Na'Vi stealthed, caught them in a "perfect" position with a "perfect" initiate(song of the siren to sleep the opponents -> move in, vacuum then on a single spot -> Tidehunter Ravage) and Light of Heaven was just sitting there with his Black King Bar ready, used it to become immune to magic and blasted out a huge black hole. Also, Dendi used Spell steal on Tide and stole his ultimate, prolonging the lockdown even further after the BH.
+Nathaniel Jonathan its because you are a gamer, and you are a part of a family that dont care what race what background you come from they just accept you for who you are.. a gamer
But the Video is awesome, Lantas Productions is just showing, that esport is growing in the last years. I think no one could imagine, that esport would be so big. In some countrys it's like football or something else.
I can explain SC. The player (Mvp, the best player in SC2 WoL) with the huge ships had a better army overall and the other player, (Squirtle). The only chance for Squirtle was to hit this ability called Vortex from the huge capital ship called Mothership. Vortex sucks all nearby units inside of it for a while. Then Squirtle sent Archons with aoe to the vortex, so they would do massive dmg when the Vortex ended. Meanwhile he also attacked the remaining army with the air units he had hidden....
living life means to be happy so if video games makes me smile its not wasting my life time. biggest pleasure in life is doing the things people say you cannot do.
Not really, the starcraft and dota scene as an example is actually really interconnected. Same thing but less so with the UT, Quake and CS Scene in the old days but it is true that it stays in-genre most of the time.
I used to think esports was a joke, but when i finished practicing a bot match in quake live and learning more ways to master gameplay and using techniques like staying on target and ninja-ing items and making tha textra jump that gets you health from the jump pad. it dawned on me as to why gamers want to be competitive, it feels good, it feels accomplishing, you want to find the most rewarding ways and reasons to step up your game, and you want to let others know your getting better. am i missing something?!
We are not nerds we are gamers we play because we want be to best this is our lifestyle and we do this until we become the best - all gamers team should say it
awesome video! next time go use some hon footage as well, the last months had epic moments in it and breaky is creating a lot of hype with his casting :)
In the StarCraft II one, it was the conclusion to an epic 40+ minute match (Many SC2 matches don't go past 15 minutes, and 30+ minute ones are rare). In this very rare super-lategame, the Terran has like 30 max-upgrade Battlecruisers (which aren't even made at all in 95% of games) and the Protoss pulls a clutch move with Mothership Vortex + Archon splash damage + Psionic Storm (AoE damage spell) to kill the Battlecruisers. To date, this is the only incidence of this ever happening in SC2 history
Yeah, but the Riot co-founder said, that he will make League Of Legends to an Olympic event in his lifetime, so i think there will be much more coming soon from the competitive scene.
i believe there is no ping/mini map alert sound in dota 2 then? the headphones are not just for communication imo and if u have seen the video couple of dota 2 players were not even wearing a single headset/earpiece !
One thing we shouldn't forget is that WE ARE GAMERS AND NO MATTER WHAT OTHERS THINK TO US... WE ARE PROUD OF IT!
I'm crying, since I started watching esports I felt like I was part of the game...

Shit I started to cry
+Roliplly That is the point to make here. I of course, like I believe all off you, started by just enjoying a great kickass game. And then it all went so big and that is awesome to see.
Roliplly I agree
who ever thinks esports is not sport shame on you
Would be better if the people playing actually enjoyed the game.

The naga gank reverse by mavi gives me goose bumps everytime no matter how old
john his speech - brings tears to my eyes every time T.T so gold.
Super happy to be part of this world. Also even more so to see all the games from TI2 and the the MVP vs Squirtle GSL final as it
happened.
well made video. everyone has different preferences in gaming, you don't have to put down other games, you just have to support your own.but supporting the esports scene on the whole is good for the growth of every game involved.
Good old times.
Wow... Nice to see there are people who share my excitement for gaming

If gaming is so important for us, then why do we ruin it making it a serious thing?
we ar not geaks we are players

I am a HoN player, but this video has the core of our lifes, our gamer inside, our passion about games, this is a gamer, this is our eLife.
the protoss has units that deals splash dmg so he "vortex" (that black hole) so they were all sticked together to the splasht dmg would be huge
BIG LIKE
navi moment make me cryy..
These aren't just games. This is art, a part of our live, a living proof that gaming will never die. ESports forever.
Really nice clip, loved it. The editing is great, the music aswell.
The most epic video I have ever seen this month!
Great compilation. I wish more people shared your perspective. I wish more people would like to realise that we are all gamers no matter what company we represent. Yeah Rioters and IceFroggers tend to be little mad and toxic from time, but still we all love our games. Respect everyone.
the turn of the tide is probably the most exciting moment in gaming of this decade
its sound proof room, so their sound isnt going in or out, they cant hear the casters, and the other team.
Magnifique, tellement d'émotion !
chills every time.
Not a SF player myself, but the Diago full parry video belongs here. That video gives me chills.
I shed a single tear during this video. This is what gaming is about. THIS is what matters.
All the LoL clips i saw where from season 2 premier tournaments (including world finals with the CLG.eu). So they actually are esport clips :)
{ cs1.6 we never gonna forget you!! } Ur still alive in our hearts :))
ESTOS SI SABEN DE VIDEOJUEGOS. GRANDES

You see every hero off the minimap and you can assume they are doing roshan or smoking, in the clip they were smoked.
UA-cam "the play" it's Na'Vi vs IG @ The International 2.
that okes face on the starcraft 2 scene. Priceless
But the Video is awesome, Lantas Productions is just showing, that esport is growing in the last years. I think no one could imagine, that esport would be so big. In some countrys it's like football or something else.
It's amazing how we can feel their happiness too.
its something More for us

Sentry wards along with Observer wards. But then you run into cost/benefit questions.
A team fight and the second game after Dota 2 is Starcraft 2 I guess but I have no idea what happens.
living life means to be happy so if video games makes me smile its not wasting my life time. biggest pleasure in life is doing the things people say you cannot do.
i thought it was going to end with "we play to enjoy, we play to win but mostly we enjoy to play"
Not really, the starcraft and dota scene as an example is actually really interconnected. Same thing but less so with the UT, Quake and CS Scene in the old days but it is true that it stays in-genre most of the time.
THIS CLIP MADE ME CRY.
Sometimes a game is not just a game . WE ARE GAMERS !
I think we all shed a tear.
I used to think esports was a joke, but when i finished practicing a bot match in quake live and learning more ways to master gameplay and using techniques like staying on target and ninja-ing items and making tha textra jump that gets you health from the jump pad. it dawned on me as to why gamers want to be competitive, it feels good, it feels accomplishing, you want to find the most rewarding ways and reasons to step up your game, and you want to let others know your getting better. am i missing something?!
oh god, i watched 2:36 live. That was the best Starcraft play ever
That starcraft segment is the greatest E-Sports moment of all time.
MVP vs. Squirtle still the best starcraft moment ever
holy crap this was awesome
Love the fact that there are many games involved :D
Manly tears were shed
We are not nerds we are gamers we play because we want be to best this is our lifestyle and we do this until we become the best - all gamers team should say it
Know it and love it. Join us!
its the same with 1.6er's vs source vs go'ers so its not limited to dota vs league of legends.
Not going to lie, this brought a tear to my eye along with the enormous nerdchills. We are eSports, we shall take it to the next level
i dont play/watch starscraft but i wish i knew what was going on in that SC scene. it looked fuking epic.
After 5 years a legend team will appear in League of Legend the first Bulgarian Team to play in Esports!
awesome video!
next time go use some hon footage as well, the last months had epic moments in it and breaky is creating a lot of hype with his casting :)

its casting like this that made me want to be a caster myself :) and now i am one
CS 1.6
do they still do championsips for that game I thought it was csgo
cs 1.6 is dead and css is dying, csgo is still growing but really slow because valve isn't doing anything to make the game better
MVP :(
Serious chills watching this. Can only dream...
Yeah, but the Riot co-founder said, that he will make League Of Legends to an
Olympic event in his lifetime, so i think there will be much more coming soon from the competitive scene.
i believe there is no ping/mini map alert sound in dota 2 then? the headphones are not just for communication imo and if u have seen the video couple of dota 2 players were not even wearing a single headset/earpiece !
Almost made me cry.
It's a shame that there is no mention of the fighting game scene.
One of the greatest players CS players ever. That's all I see at 4:22
Greates moment in eSports history is EVO #37, The Comeback of the Beast (Daigo)
i just want dendi mid rubick back. those plays...

Dude i dont even know whats going on in the DotA 2 vids, i have to try that game
Its Amazing how big the esport is
Since Monday there are 2 games missing: Sjow vs. Life and Stardust vs. Jaedong in Starcraft :D
This video should be national anthem for gamers in for the game industry Ralph Baer would been proud creator of the gaming industry
My respects to all eSports.
