Pile 2. My last job I was that employee that was given all the work and projects because my coworkers didn't want to do it. I had the worst burnout ever and lost energy. Omg I applied for a job that I really want (and fits all the green flags you described for pile #2) but my intuition is giving me red flags about someone/something. It's hard to get over but the position seems so great. This post both gave me hope that this means that it will be my next job. But also sad that the red flag vibes are valid and something to seriously consider.
