Well I have a high metabolism, so I have the opposite problem. I can't gain weight easily 🤣 I can eat whatever I want.
I actually don't like non veg so much, except eggs. And I like to stay a minimalist. So I have thought about which food to eat. Which is cheap and nutritious at the same time and doesn't take much time to prepare. Eggs fit in this category a lot. Milk too.
