@@lucashelm8782 Nikko is much stronger than skyy and at least won’t get blown off his routes. Also he has more dawg in him. Nikko is catching some of those drops that skyy had.
Deandre Hopkins is a great pickup for the Chiefs. He was in the top five in the NFL in separation from the slot last season, and as recently as week 4, he was top 5 in the NFL in Route Win Share. (I don't have current stats, just what people report on Twitter). Dude is 5x All-Pro who still knows how to win route after route, even with a sprained (in July) MCL. I think the injury risks are overstated, 3+ months out from his injury. For a 5x All-Pro, who has succeeded everywhere he played, you gotta love the 5th round price. it's only a 4th if he plays 60% of the snaps and we make the Super Bowl. In other words, the best case scenario, where we'll gladly give up the extra value. He can run the quick slants we used to get out of Rashee, and should still have enough left in the tank to help us get to the Super Bowl, and if we keep him on a pitch count, to reduce his injury risk, all it costs us is the ~175th pick! Plus, the Titans are eating half his contract, and this is their signal that they're giving up on the season, which increases the value of the 2025 3rd rounder we got in the Sneed deal. Wins all around!
Don't have to worry about him getting hurt, cuz he already is. I love the memory of D Hop, and I hope he can stay healthy. I am NOT confident that he will be. But, he should be on the roster when we 3-peat, so he will get a much deserved ring. I hope he balls out, but I just don't have confidence that he will play the remaining 14 games.
Looking forward to seeing how D hop gets used and in what role he’ll play for the 3 peat run 🏃. Will he be available to play against the Raiders this Sunday??
The chiefs saved tons in the cap not signing DHop in the offseason, could still bring both Hollywood and Hop back next season, now with the injury and cap space potentially increase… for this season though juju and Dhop with kelce is a solid combo that Pat should be able to trust. And sprinkling in worthy and Hardman for the speed aspect, can’t wait to see what happens when Pacheco comes back as well. 😮
lot of stuff contradicting what the Locked on Titans dude was saying, basically homie said that Dhop was struggling beating press. Not seeing that looking at this years limited film, so not sure what brought on that comment from him.
Why isn't it being discussed much, that Hopkins has admitted he has a "partial MCL tear" from back in July? That it takes up to a year for it to heal properly? Am I missing something?
The Chiefs will go on a deep playoff run this season. Whether they win the super bowl or not in 2025 the Chiefs' potential offensive roster next year if everybody wants to go on another super bowl run and doesn't chase money: Mahomes, Kelce, Pacheco, Hunt, JuJu, Hollywood, D-Hop, Worthy, Rice. Does that even seem fair?
D Hop and Hollywood both maybe sign one year deals next year and Juju, to go along with Worthy and Rice. That would be a nice receiver room. I predict Moore and Watson will be gone next year. I would bring Hardman back next year also.
I think Hopkins biggest impact will be on broken plays, Chiefs desperately need a WR who will find open space on scrambles. DRob takes a lot of heat despite being good… but him and Pat had great chemistry on scrambles.
Ryan and Matt are spot on. The fit isn’t great but they needed an addition. I’m a little worried with Pats resistance to throw 50/50 balls. Rice’s back shoulder catch last year and Jujus back shoulder catch from like 2-3 years ago are the only two I can remember. If Chiefs try to sign you in free agency you can bet they’ll be trying to trade for you if things go sideways lol.
Bro watch dhop film for gods sake. He’s not just a 50/50 ball receiver. You getting all your info from Twitter comments 😂 dhop will fit perfectly in the Rice role. Knows how to read leverage and change his route accordingly. He’s going to eat over the middle of the field
Skye Moore to the practice squad. Please !!
And replace him with Nikko Remiggo
Why nicko sucks too sky knows play book atkeasf

Great detail thanks for the thorough response
Great show!
Ryan is REALLY REALLY good guys. He needs his damned flowers!
Taking that Sky Moore TD in this year's Superbowl for +50000

Well with great risk comes greater reward. The three peat is a sealed deal either he stays health or one of our other top tier receiver heals in time.
The “D” stands for “Breaking News Team Blazer”

Also this just works well within the power run game, play action. Keep pounding it and open up man and DHOP will win his reps most of the time
Its makes sense. From the worst team of dropping balls to getting the best WR in history that doesn't.

That Sky Moore buy back is gonna be what $50-$85.
Its always great when we get a james palmer camio
He can catch, that's what matters, bonus is his experience can rub off on worthy.

can take that long, but generally doesn't, is my guess.
holy suprise batman wow

It's certainly possible, but I see him in the slot playing quick slants for 7-12 yards on demand, a la Rashee. He's absolutely great out of the slot.
Palmer is awesome tbh
Matty Lane.....king of the xtra medium t shirts.
The sleeping in team
This definitely moves the needle. Would love another “guy” for a late round pick (maybe 2026).
The entire season hinges on the Chiefs trading for a CB. They NEED a replacement for Jaylen Watson.
This isn't relevant but La'Jarius Sneed you want to go to Tennessee FINE lol we'll take your teammate Hopkins 😁
Really it is a 6th round that could be a 5th round minus 1 spot.... after the Chiefs win the Super Bowl

MVS had a nice one in the AFCCG vs bengals. But yes, there have only been a handful in multiple years.
@@zachshields909 I’ve seen the same highlight reals that you have goofball.
Sky Moore to PS.
D Hop is slightly and i mean slightly better that DeMarcus Robinson heck D Rob could be better right this sec meh move
You don’t know ball.
