I think the problem is she didn't explain the multiples for the chain therefore, leaving the three stitches kind of confused beginners. The reason she left three stitches at the end of the chain hun is because, is because she needs multiples of two for this pattern and she can go and undo those later when she's completed her blanket. Another words she just crocheted a bunch of chains started working back into that chain and when she got the amount she needed she just stopped and turned. Those chains can be cut and undone and tightened later many people do this.
I can't wait to make this!!! Thank you for making it so clear so someone like me, who has an impossible time understanding these tutorials, can understand ❤
Would love to know what thickness of yarn she is using ?I I know the hook size is size 5. 3 mm.but she doesn't tell you the yarn thickness for the blanket.
I am present crocheting this pattern for a baby blanket and am thrilled with the way its progressing. However, feel I would want to put a boarder around it just to finish it. Could you please let me know what sort of boarder you would do but I would like to keep it very simple as do not want to detract from the stitching in pattern.p
I’m working on a baby blanket right now. I don’t know what I’m doing but I keep coming up short so I’m counting every row to make sure I have the exact same in every row
This video would be much easier to follow if there were either verbal or written instructions along with the visual. I had to keep rewinding and rewatching. Also I’m not sure why there are 3 stitches left at the end of row 1?
I love this pattern. I saw the picture on Facebook and had to ask for help from my group to find it. Thanks so much for sharing.

Hi! Can you please explain why you left three stitches free at the end of the first row? Many thanks!!!

Typically, if it is for a baby blanket you use baby yarn, it needs to be light like that

@@barbaralent5559 do you mean a border?
@@erinundra yes
@@barbaralent5559 can I ask how many stitches did you start with?
Wow thanx you are good artist

Hermoso me encanta saludos desde Uruguay 🇺🇾
Hola te felicito es muy lindo el punto
Y lo mejor que enseña excelente
Leaving extra chain at the end is common amongst crocheter. You chain without counting to your desired length trim when you finish.
