Great video. I already have a 2011 sx. My issue is replacing that bezel that surrounds the cruise and raidio buttons that goes around to top. Your video is the closest ive seen to that but still dont know how to remove that bezel or if i do have to remove the steering wheel
i had the same issue with my 2011 Sonata and had to figure out pulling the bezels out with tiny flat screw driver because they are tided to the wheel by little pins that enter back by pressure
Hello. Is it possible to install the paddle shifters on a standard 2013 Optima LX? Also, how difficult and costly is it to install the EX or SX dash equipment as it was done in this video for someone who is very mechanically inclined? Thanks for your time.

On your video I didn't see any extra wire so is it just plug in or I need to route some wire into the harness? if yes how I'm suppose to know witch wire I need to connect to...also you mention the ground...from were...sorry for all those questions but just want to be sure and not spending hours to install it...thanks again and nice Video!

+Tihomir Todorov look at the wiring on the car side vs the plug on the wheel side. Probably missing a wire which should be the ground wire I mentioned in the video. The paddle shifters us the ground to send a pulse signal. Won't work without it.
Hi Goober, was just about to buy a SX-T cluster and I got told by a guy from Kia that I can't change it because it will not work in my LX 2015.... you mention that it's plug and play....is it true or the guy at Kia doesn't no?... Thanks again!
Hello, I have a Kia Optima 2013 with a steering wheel heater function. I have a problem the steering wheel heater button stay light ON but no heat the wheel and when I turn the wheel to the left turn the light OFF intermittently. Do you have any idea of what could be the problem?

Pat Masse only a ground wire was needed. Just made a ground in the steering wheel.

Pat Masse pretty sure it won’t work. You can have either heated or paddle. Not both.

Pat Masse I got my off eBay with the sx cluster from the same seller. Poke around online, or you can snag from dealer.
I know this is off topic but did you face any problems when installing the sx dash?

Heated steering uses a different clock spring so it won't work

There is 2 screws on front under the air bag section.

Airon Veras sounds like an issue with the wiring connector in the wheel. Loose or shorted wire.
